A few days ago I visited the Kurt Vonnegut Museum in my hometown of Indianapolis. I am not from here, Kurt Vonnegut was. I had never been there as close as I now live to it. And it required out of town visitors interested in seeing the museum to get me there.
A few weeks ago I published a post that I called ” Writing without a hook”
The quote on the quilt from Kurt Vonnegut expresses briefly, clearly and beautifully what I tried to say in my less brief, clear and beautiful post. Hey, I ain’t apologizing. No one’s going to my museum. But here’s the quote on the quilt in case you can’t make it to the museum.
